Remote IT

Instant IT — plug in a machine, anywhere, and the studio installs itself: connected, compliant, on the line.

In this house, IT is a system, not a department with a ticket queue. The design constraint that forced it: the integration window is the new team's onboarding — two to three weeks, never more. Past that, the deadline owns every hour. A studio that can't stand up a seat without a human visit can't stand up a show inside the window.

Installs

Automated install of the pipeline and the software it drives.

Sync

Automated connection to the studio's cloud services — every site, every seat sees the same truth. (The file contract itself is defined in File Management; this is its deployment to a new machine.)

Compliance

Sanity checks — the right Maya, the right plugins, the right versions for this project. The film equivalent of an uncalibrated station is "wrong software version, discovered at 4pm on deadline day"; compliance checks make that a morning-one non-event.
